Using this app to petition government institutions is a protected civic action under these articles.
Legal Framework
This platform operates in compliance with the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018 (CMCA). The CMCA aims to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of computer systems and data, and to prevent unlawful use of computer systems. Our app does not engage in unauthorized access, interference, or interception of computer systems, nor does it disseminate false information. It facilitates lawful civic participation by enabling users to draft and send petitions through their personal email clients, without any automated mass mailing or spamming activities.

Service Description
This platform assists Kenyan citizens in exercising their constitutional right to petition by helping draft email messages directed at relevant public offices. The app does not send emails automatically. All messages are sent manually by users through their own email clients.

Prohibited Use
This service must not be used to send threats, hate speech, incitement to violence, or fraudulent content. Users are solely responsible for the content they send.
